Melanie Morrissey is a professional Health and Fitness Coach located in Georgetown, TX who views physical fitness as a critical element to one’s overall health and well-being.  Melanie is a lifelong educator and coach, and is certified as a Fitness Trainer through the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA), as well as a Level II Personal Trainer with Heart Zones, USA.   She has been active in the fitness industry  since 1991 both professionally as an aerobics instructor and fitness trainer and personally as a strength trainer, swimmer, marathoner and triathlete.

Focusing on what she considers the critical “triangle” of fitness– strength, cardiovascular health, and nutrition–Melanie has led clients to impressive and life-changing results in body fat loss, muscle strengthening and definition, and improved quality of life.  Coaching structures for clients of all ages include working one-on-one as well as in group settings.  By individualizing workouts and designing programs that are realistic and appropriate, Melanie provides systems that work.
